Se ordenó a la Sala Civil Familia del Tribunal Superior de Barranquilla asumir de forma inmediata el conocimiento de la solicitud de tutela presentada por el ciudadano de la referencia contra el Banco Agrario y la Sala administrativa del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Atlántico.
Lo anterior, teniendo en cuenta que el actor dirigió la petición de tutela a la citada Sala Civil y que las normas aplicables son las del numeral 1º del Art. 1º del Decreto 1382 de 2000.
